Vanza Laundromat Build-Out

Mubarak Construction is proud to help bring a new laundromat and convenience store to Knoxville’s Mechanicsville neighborhood through the Vanza Laundromat & Convenience Store project. While the existing building has served the community for years, this project will transform the space into a new, purpose-built laundromat designed to meet the neighborhood’s needs.

The owners’ vision goes beyond everyday convenience. They want to create a clean, safe, and welcoming place where residents can wash their clothing and feel comfortable doing so. Through this project, Mubarak Construction is helping continue the building’s legacy of serving the Mechanicsville community while creating a renewed resource that residents can rely on for years to come.
