Charlie Mubarak
Charlie is the owner of Mubarak Construction, a licensed and insured general contracting company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. A University of Tennessee graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Charlie has worked on numerous commercial construction projects ranging from renovations to large-scale developments. His combination of technical knowledge and real-world construction experience allows him to execute projects from concept to completion with confidence and precision. Charlie lives in Knoxville with his wife, Shelby, and their Bernedoodle, Bernie. His Christian faith serves as the foundation for how he conducts business, emphasizing honesty, integrity, accountability, and quality. Charlie recognizes that every construction project comes with unique challenges. He is committed to handling those challenges with professionalism, grace, humility, and open communication, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Pre-Construction Manager
Irving Charles Chavez
As our Pre-Construction Manager, Irving plays a key role in planning, estimating, bidding, and delivering successful projects. With a background in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee and years of direct contracting experience across East Tennessee, he brings both technical knowledge and practical insight to every project. His dedication to quality and client service makes him an invaluable part of the Mubarak Construction team.
