All projects are personally supervised by Charlie Mubarak, the owner of Mubarak Construction. Charlie oversees every stage of the work — from planning and scheduling to quality checks and final walkthroughs — to ensure the job is done right and meets our standards.

We follow a simple and transparent billing process. Once the contract is executed, we collect 50% of the project amount as a deposit to cover materials and scheduling. The remaining balance is billed in phases as the work is completed, with clear invoices provided at each stage. This keeps everything organized, predictable, and easy to track.

If you decide to add, remove, or modify something after the project begins, we document the change in a written change order. It outlines the new work, the cost difference, and any adjustments to the timeline. No change is made without your approval, and everything stays transparent and clear.
